- Just the thought about selling your home of 30 years is daunting. However, the key to getting through the process is to hire the right realtor. I fortunately did just that. Diane Machado-Wyant is a realtor who knows what needs to be done to get top price for your home. She takes the worry out of the process of selling a home. Diane works with a group of professionals that can come in and make basic upgrades to your property without costing you a lot yet makes your property stand out from all others. She works with contractors, landscapers, and others that are with her at all stages of the process to make sure what needs to get done happens on time and within a schedule that she works through with you at the beginning of the whole process.
Diane’s understanding of the real estate market and current trends is how she can create a strategy that will work to maximize potential buyer interest and in my case result in $600,000 over list price, and within one week of going on the market. Diane hosted a weekend open house that brought over 450 people to my home to view it. There were over 30 offers to consider after the weekend. She worked with me the property owner to not only sell my home but also look for a condominium at the same time. She worked her magic to make it all come together in a weekend. Diane will be with you at all steps along the way including helping find you storage facilities and movers to get you in your next home.
I cannot say enough about how much Diane understood our personal needs and was sensitive to when and how people came through and either worked at our home or came through to view it. She was respectful of the existing resident(s) of the home and worked around schedules to make sure things still got done on time. - Diane is an AMAZING agent! She went above and beyond my husband's and I expectations. This was our first time buying a home and it was a great experience with Diane! - In the summer of 2020 my wife and I decided to sell our home that we lived in for the past 34 years and we decided that Diane would be our realtor. Deciding that was the easiest and most meaningful thing we did. Diane jumped in with both feet and helped us not only sell the house in San Jose but in the interim we found a house in the San Diego area we thought we would like to buy. Diane drove to San Diego, spoke to the realtor there, did a walk through for us and at our behest had professionals come to the house to check out the plumbing and HVAC. Diane did it all! She walked us through the selling and buying of both properties and kept us on schedule with all the paperwork involved. She was responsive to all of our needs. She was and is our Wonder Woman.
